Two versions of the Toyota GT86 will be available: a six-speed manual at £24,995 and a six-speed automatic costing £26,495.
Just one equipment grade will be available at launch. It will include a limited-slip differential, dual-zone climate control, sports seats, bi-xenon headlights and 17-inch alloys.
Exterior features include a rear spoiler, 17in light alloys, chrome-finished dual exhaust tailpipes and a ‘T’-mesh grille. That T motif is repeated in the shape of the rear foglight, set centrally between the tailpipes.
Interior highlights are a smart entry system, dual-zone aircon, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, cruise control, hill-start assist, scuff plates and touchscreen control system for controlling the six-speaker audio system, with Bluetooth for phone connection and music streaming, and a USB port.
The GT86 is fitted with a stability control system, which can be adjusted through three driving modes. The six-speed automatic transmission includes paddle shifts to give the driver the option of making manual gear changes.
Seven exterior colours are available: dark red, silver metallic, black metallic, blue metallic, dark red metallic, orange metallic and pearl pearlescent. Optional side, roof and bonnet decals are available in black or silver. Black cloth upholstery is standard.
The options include: black leather and Alcantara upholstery with heated front seats (£1600); black leather and red Alcantara upholstery with red leather styling details and heated front seats (£1600); Toyota Touch and Go system £750; side decals £180; roof and bonnet decals (£200); side, roof and bonnet decals (£380).
The Toyota GT86 is available for order now, with deliveries due to start on 1 July.
